
Prior to co-founding Laurel Pine Capital, Anne served as a Principal at Percheron Capital focused exclusively on essential services. Prior to Percheron, as a VP at Altamont Capital Partners, Anne managed and executed investments across essential services, healthcare services, and industrial sectors. Additionally, Anne's investment background includes experience at Clearlake Capital and NGP Energy Capital. Anne began her career in Scotiabank's energy M&A group.
Anne holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and she triple majored with a BBA in Business Honors & Finance and a B.A. in Plan II Honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
Anne has been an active member of both Houston and San Francisco Junior Leagues, the Synergist Women’s Network, and the SMART Program in San Francisco.

Before co-founding Laurel Pine Capital, Shelby led the Consumer Vertical as a Principal at Mantucket Capital, a $3B AUM family office. While there, she invested across a range of resilient, service-based businesses, including Dynamic National, Unleashed Brands, birdcall, and CES Power. She also stepped into an operating role as interim CFO of TinyWins, guiding the company through its acquisition by The Shipyard in 2025. Earlier in her career, Shelby was part of Deutsche Bank Securities’ Natural Resources Group, where she worked on equity, debt, and M&A transactions in the energy sector.
Shelby earned her BA in Economics, Managerial Studies, and Sports Management with a minor in Business from Rice University, where she was a Division I swimmer.
She has also served on the Board of Directors of Women First Fund as Vice Chair of the Finance Committee.
